Vakeel Saab sequel: Dil Raju's Pawan Kalyan-starrer will go on floors in 2025

Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor ventured into Telugu cinema with the film Vakeel Saab which is the remake of the hit Hindi film Pink. Venu Sriram directed this film which ended as a good hit at the box office. But some of its theatrical run was hampered by the second wave of Covid. Fans of Pawan had a blast as the star hero was seen in a powerful lawyer's role.

Well, the film completed two years of its run a few days back and director Venu Sriram confirmed that the works on the sequel are underway. Venu also adds that his team is working on the script and it will take some time for the film to go on floors. As Pawan Kalyan is busy with multiple films, our sources reveal that the film might go on floors only in the year 2025.

Pink, the original did not have any sequel and we need to see how Venu Sriram moves the story forward in Telugu. Prakash Raj, Anjali, Nivetha Thomas, and Ananya Nagalla played key roles in this film which had music by Thaman. Dil Raju co-produced this film and the word is that he will only produce this film as a solo maker.

On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan is busy shooting for his new film Ustad Bhagath Singh and the remake of Vinodhya Sitham simultaneously. Apart from this, he is also busy with Hari Hara Veera Mallu with Krish and will soon start 'OG' with Sujeeth of Saaho fame. But this news of Vakeel Saab's sequel has made everyone happy.
