Vaashi first look: Tovino Thomas, Keerthy Suresh are lawyers in the legal drama

Mohanlal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Mahesh Babu and Abhishek Bachchan are among the stars who sends wishes

Tovino Thomas and Keerthy Suresh are coming together to star in the upcoming movie titled Vaashi. The makers of the legal drama have released the first look poster of the movie.

The first look poster was shared by a long list of stars from different industries including Mohanlal, Mahesh Babu, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Abhishek Bachchan, A.R Rahman, and Trisha.

The poster, which has now turned heads, features both Thomas and Suresh as lawyers. Both the stars, who are in the full attire of an advocate, can be seen holding some files and looking directly into the camera.

While the poster does not offer much information about what the film will be about, both the stars can be expected to handle serious roles in a project that will deal with some serious content.

Abhishek Bachchan, who was one of the many stars who were excited about the project, wrote in a post sharing the poster, “another incredible movie coming from the Malayalam film industry,”.

Written and directed by Vishnu G Raghav, this will be the first time Suresh and Thomas share screen time in a movie. Backed by G. Suresh Kumar, the movie has music composed by Kailas Menon. Neil D Cunha handles the camera while Arju Benn is the editor.

Thomas was last seen as the titular superhero in Minnal Murali which was released on Netflix in December. The actor has a long list of movies in the kitty including Aashiq Abu’s Naradhan.

Keerthy Suresh has last been seen in the Malayalam period drama Marakkar: King of the Arabian Sea directed by Priyadarshan and starring Mohanlal in the lead. The actor will also be seen in the action-comedy Sarkaru Vaari Paata starring Mahesh Babu.
