Pawan Kalyan is doing a film called Ustad Bhagath Singh in the direction of Harish Shankar. The film's first schedule was also wrapped up a few days back and the team also revealed a small teaser which won the hearts of many. The shooting of the second schedule will begin soon in Hyderabad as per the news.
Not many know that Ustad Bhagath Singh is the official remake of Vijay's Theri which was a blockbuster hit at the box office. There is so much being said as to why Pawan Kalyan is remaking a hit Tamil film which was also dubbed in Telugu. This had become a hot topic of discussion and many were trolling the film's director as he opted for yet another remake.
But now, here is some good news. The film's screenplay writer, Dasaradh has confirmed in an interview that Ustad Bhagath Singh is not a scene to scene remake and director Harish has made abundant changes to the film and set up the story in such a way that the film will be loved by the fans and general audience. This is good news as fans will be quite relieved.
DSP has been roped in to compose music for this film. Sreeleela has been cast opposite Pawan Kalyan in this film and this is a big break for her career. Pawan Kalyan will be seen as a cop in this film which is a social drama. The film is being made on a massive budget and will release during Sankranthi next year.
Apart from Ustad Bhagath Singh, Pawan Kalyan has also started shooting for his other film OG that is being directed by Sujeeth of Saasho fame. Other than these two films, Pawan Kalyan also has Hari Hara Veera Mallu and a sequel of Vakeel Saab in the pipeline.
