Besides her extremely unique voice, Usha Uthup is equally known for her dressing and her ‘gajra’ and bindi. Usha Uthup’s rendition of Miley Cyrus’ hit song ‘Flowers’ has gone viral and how! Readers may recall that the globally well-known singer Miley Cyrus had won a Grammy this year for the same track!
Thanks to the internet and social media, Usha Uthup’s version of Miley Cyrus’ hit song ‘Flowers’ has now become a sensation all over. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Usha Uthup said that, Usha Uthup said that she was so excited for Miley Cyrus to get the Grammy for this song (Flowers). She added that she just couldn’t wait for her to listen to the song and that she hoped that she (Miley Cyrus) would like it. The ever-optimistic person that she is, Usha said that she was sure that they (Miley Cyrus) and she would work together very soon!

Usha added that she was so thrilled and grateful to the people for loving her version as well. She said the reason behind her singing the song was because her daughter Anjali had introduced her to it randomly one day, which she simply loved.
While addressing the topic of the global appeal of her rendition of the aforementioned track, the legendary singer Usha said that she had been singing it in all her shows which everybody loves and that she was so excited to know that her cover version was being appreciated as well. She even revealed that she didn’t even think that it would come on Instagram!
