The film is releasing on February 18, 2022, in India.
The final trailer for Sony Pictures' upcoming action-adventure flick Uncharted has been released. Despite several films around it being delayed in favour of a summer release, the long-awaited adaptation of the iconic video game franchise, starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg, appears to be dedicated to its February 18, 2022, release date.
The one-and-a-half-minute trailer establishes the plot: Nathan Drake, Holland's treasure hunter, hooks up with Mark Wahlberg's Sully to recover a fortune lost by Ferdinand Magellan five hundred years ago. According to Sully, the treasure is thought to be worth $5 billion easily. But money and status aren't Nathan's only motivations for embarking on the journey; he also has personal motives for doing so. It is revealed that the mysterious Sully claims to know something about Nathan's long-lost sibling.
Talking about the whole premise of Uncharted an experienced treasure hunter, Victor Sullivan, aka Sully (Mark Wahlberg), recruits street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) to recover riches acquired by Ferdinand Magellan and lost 500 years ago by the House of Moncada. What begins as a simple heist for the duo quickly turns into a race around the world to reach the reward before the savage Santiago Moncada (Antonio Banderas), who believes he and his family are the legitimate heirs.
Nate and Sully have a chance to unearth $5 billion in treasure and possibly even Nate's long-lost brother if they can understand the clues and solve one of the world's oldest mysteries... but only if they can learn to work together.
On February 18, 2022, Uncharted starring Antonio Banderas as Moncada, Sophia Ali as Chloe Frazer, and Tati Gabrielle as Braddock, will be released in India in four languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
