Un Kangal lyric video: Sibiraj, Nikhila Vimal star in this soulful melody which features BTS moments from Kashmir

The makers of Ranga had announced the other day that they will be releasing the lyric video of Un Kangal from the film on Wednesday. Sibiraj, who plays the lead in the film, took to Twitter to unveil the four-minute video which has him and the female lead Nikhila Vimal, in their romantic best.

The video also has BTS moments of the crew shooting for the song at exotic locations in Kashmir. Earlier, the film was in the news when the team pulled off some crucial sequences with the lead artists despite adverse weather condition.

Vijay Prakash and Shashaa Tirupati have lent their voice for Un Kangal which has lyrics penned by Thamarai and music composed by Ramjeevan. Vivek, Munna Shaokath Ali and Karthick Netha are other lyricists who have worked for the movie. Ranga, directed by debutant Vinod DL, has cinematography by Arvi and editing by Ruben.

Dilip Subbarayan and Dinesh Subbarayan have composed action sequences for the film which has dance choreography by Dastha and Viji. Produced by Vijay K Celliah under Boss Movies, Ranga was shot in Chennai and Pollachi as well.

The team had released a couple of songs and teaser from the film long ago. The movie's shooting was wrapped up more than three years ago. Sathish, Shah Ra, Lollusabha Swaminathan, Manobala and Jeeva Ravi among others play pivotal roles in this action thriller which went on floors in 2017.

With the makers coming up with back-to-back regular updates, movie lovers hope that there will be an official announcement on the release of the long-pending film soon.
