Turbo, the latest hugely successful film from Malayalam in the first half of 2024, debuted online a day early. The OTT release was highly anticipated by Mammootty fans across the globe. The Mammootty-starrer, which was penned by Midhun Manuel Thomas, was directed by Vysakh. As previously stated, the film is currently available for streaming on Sony LIV. After the movie's release, online users have been sharing their thoughts on it as well as their favourite scenes.

Turbo Jose, the action drama's main character, is forced to move to Chennai after saving a young couple's relationship from imminent death. He becomes entangled in a larger conspiracy involving underworld groups, business moguls, and the police in Chennai. According to reports, Turbo has earned more than Rs 70 crore in total at the box office. It is appealing that Turbo's creators are already working on a sequel. The GCC saw the release of the film's Arabic version on August 2, much to the delight of Mammootty fans worldwide.
