Trishan's The Road is billed as a revenge drama. The movie follows the struggles of a lone woman, who vows to get justice for her loved ones. Judging from the trailer, it's safe to assume that the movie tells the story of a series of mysterious road accidents at a particular stretch of a national highway. Trisha's character also loses her loved ones in the tragic road mishap. However, she soon finds out that the road mishap that killed her family was no accident, but part of an elaborate plan of a drug cartel. And thus begins her quest for justice and vengeance.

The Road and Trisha's performances have managed to impress the movie-going audiences.

Besides Trisha, The Road also stars Dancing Rose Shabeer, Santhosh Prathap, Miya George, MS Bhaskar, Vivek Prasanna, Vela Ramamoorthy, Laxmi Priya and others.
