Triptii Dimri's popularity skyrocketed after her appearance in Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer Animal. The actress played the role of Zoya in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial. Following its massive success, Triptii's movie Bad Newz was released on the big screen. As of today, the actress is looking forward to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3's theatrical release. At India Today Mumbai Conclave 2024, Triptii shared her experience working on the movie with Kartik Aaryan.
At the event, Triptii Dimri spoke about her upcoming movie, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The actress also shared her experience of working with Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan in the Anees Bazmee directorial. She recalled being in disbelief when she was offered a role in BB 3.
"It's a wonderful film and an incredible franchise. I couldn't believe it when I was offered the role—it was a dream come true! I can’t give away any spoilers, but Anees has directed it brilliantly. Kartik is amazing, and working with Vidya Balan, one of my favourites, was such a pleasure. I used to watch her perform on set in awe," revealed Triptii.
In the same conversation, Triptii also spoke about playing Zoya's role in her 2023 film Animal. She found it challenging to play the character. However, Dimri feels it is essential for an actor to take up something that pushes them. "Every time I get a role, I feel like it's both scary and challenging. That's exactly how I felt when Sandeep sir explained Zoya's character to me," she added.
Meanwhile, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3's teaser is expected to be released on September 27, 2024. The movie, also featuring Madhuri Dixit Nene, is scheduled for a theatrical release on Diwali 2024. Helmed by Anees Bazmee, the horror comedy film will clash with Rohit Shetty's Singham Again at the box office.
