The Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur, which will be releasing on December 1, will be clashing with the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal
In the year 2019, actor Vicky Kaushal stirred up a storm of excitement and surprise when he had revealed his look from his upcoming film ‘Sam Bahadur’. Ever since then, all the eyes have been trained on the release of the film. Even in the trade circles, many just cannot stop talking about the film. Keeping in mind Vicky Kaushal’s superlative performance in ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, many are convinced that Vicky Kaushal can easily pull off his role of the celebrated officer Sam Manekshaw in the film ‘Sam Bahadur’. The latest update about the film is that the trailer of the film will now be unveiled on November 7.
As per a source-based report in Pinkvilla, it has been reported that the much-awaited trailer of the film ‘Sam Bahadur’ will be unveiled in New Delhi on November 7. The report also added that the film’s trailer will be unveiled by a very special guest. The location for the film’s trailer launch has been reportedly decided as Manekshaw Centre in Delhi.
Looking back, one may recall that, after Vicky Kaushal completed shooting of the film, he had taken to social media and wrote a heartfelt note in which he had written about gratitude. He added that, to be a part of the team of ‘Sam Bahadur’, he was truly grateful to be depicting the life of a true legend and also to be a part of this team that had truly given it their all. He had added that, he got to live and learn very much. He further elaborated stating, “To Meghna, Ronnie, my brilliant coactors, the incredible Team… to the Manekshaw Family, to the Indian Army and to the man, FM Sam H. F. J. Manekshaw, himself”. The film ‘Sam Bahadur’ has been directed by Meghna Gulzar and has been produced by Ronnie Screwvala.
As far as the release date of the film is concerned, it will be released on December 1 this year. That only means that the Vicky Kaushal starrer ‘Sam Bahadur’ will be clashing with the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal. Besides Ranbir Kapoor, the film also stars Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Triptii Dimri.
