Tokyo Revengers S2.

Story:

Takemichi realizes he made a big mistake. He faces his mistake this time around.

Review:

Tokyo Revengers season 2 episode 13 begins where episode 12 ended – with Mikey, Takemichi and Naoto. This brings a turn of events in Takemichi’s life.

Chifuyu is back and his bond with Takemichi is still the same – cute as always. Chifuyu making fun of Takemichi’s childish behaviour is still adorable. They in fact are childish and that just makes for cute moments. The passion despite naïve behaviour really works.

The way the show progresses is one of the best things. The actions really work.

The expected happens and it involves Kisaki Tetta. Izana Kurokawa is introduced with the episode.

Kazushi Yamagishi and Makoto are back with the episode. Akkun is back too. Chifuyu however is the best part in the scene with them all.

Mocchi aka Kanji Mochizuki from Yokohama Tenjiku makes an impression with his entry. He however fades in the background as the episode progresses.

The brotherhood in Tokyo Manji members is here and it is as awesome as the first time. There’s nothing that can waver their loyalty and that, of course, is always a great watch.

Takemichi gets the shock of his life as the episode comes to an end. Well, it is shocking for him, not for the viewers. Thus, the scene works only to the slightest.

Verdict:

Tokyo Revengers season 2 episode 13 is not appealing as it begins or comes to an end. It is only the things in the middle that somewhere touch you. That is not enough to call it a great episode.
