Tiger 3 date announcement: Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif book Eid 2023 for the spy thriller

Yash Raj Films is on a roll while announcing their upcoming slate for 2022–23. After making fans go berserk with the release date announcement of Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham, and Deepika Padukone starrer Pathaan YRF has revealed when Tiger 3 will hit the big screens. Yes, the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer has got a release date and the film will make its way to the silver screens during Eid 2023.

YRF shared a video featuring Katrina Kaif performing an action sequence effortlessly. After taking her shot, she is seen walking towards Salman Khan, who is lying on a wooden box. They come together to announce the release date and get fans excited for the return of Tiger and Zoya.

Tiger 3 directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra under his home banner, Yash Raj Films, follows Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar.

Interestingly, Tiger 3 features Emraan Hashmi as the main antagonist.

Ahead of Tiger 3 Salman will be making a special appearance alongside Shah Rukh in Pathaan. With that, begins the journey of Tiger in the third instalment.

Reports have it that both Tiger and Pathaan are part of YRF's spy universe along with Hrithik Roshan's character in War. The trio is likely to be a part of a big film, much to the excitement of the fans of the superstars.

Earlier, during his birthday press meet in 2021, Salman had confirmed that Pathaan would be released before Tiger 3. However, the superstar also shared that his film will be a Christmas 2022 release. Now that Pathaan has booked Republic Day 2023 weekend for the release, Salman is back with his Eid releases and joining the bandwagon is Tiger 3.

Tiger 3 is slated for release on April 21, 2023.
