Thug Life, the action drama that marks the reunion of Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam, is one of the most anticipated upcoming Tamil films. Silambarasan TR plays a pivotal role in the much-awaited film, which has created quite a buzz among cine-goers with its unique and promising title announcement video and the stellar star cast. Reportedly, Mani Ratnam, Kamal Haasan, and the team recently wrapped up the Pondicherry schedule of Thug Life. Now, the team is all set to kickstart the next schedule of the film, in Kerala.
Thug Life Kerala schedule to begin soon?
As per the recent updates, director Mani Ratnam and his team recently wrapped up the extensive pre-climax shooting of the film at the Pondicherry airport. Along with leading man Kamal Haasan, Silambarasan and Ashok Selvan, who reportedly replaced Jayam Ravi in the highly anticipated film were also a part of the Pondicherry schedule. The sources close to the project now suggest that that the cast and crew will soon travel to Kerala for the next schedule of the action drama.
Mani Ratnam and team wrap up 60 percent of shoot
The recent updates also suggest that director Mani Ratnam and his team wrapped up around 60 percent of the shooting, just within 40 days. Despite having multiple schedules across Serbia, New Delhi, Rajasthan, and Pondicherry, the veteran filmmaker and his crew were able to complete filming major portions of the project in such a short time, thanks to the extensive pre-production and planning. After wrapping up the Kerala schedule, the cast and crew members will soon start the pending foreign schedules.

Kamal Haasan’s new look for Thug Life
If the reports are to be believed, leading man Kamal Haasan was seen sporting his second look for the film during the Pondicherry schedule of the film. For the uninitiated, the veteran actor, who was spotted with Silambarasan and the rest of the cast at the New Delhi location of Thug Life, was seen in black hair beard look, and white outfits. However, recent reports suggest that the new look of the supremely talented actor is drastically different. Both the actor-producer and Simbu are expected to appear in multiple looks, in the film.
