Hareesh Peradi's Facebook post on Rajinikanth and Yogi Adityanath
The Facebook post by Hareesh roughly translates to, "Hands and legs are equally important organs in the human body. Children start eating with their hands after they learn to walk with their legs, so feet play an important role in personality development. We start shaking hands only after we learn to stand. However, shaking hands or touching feet as a gesture are personal choices. I have sought the blessings of Mammootty, Mohanlal, Thilakan, Nedumudi Venu, Madhu Master, Mammukkoya, Bharat Gopi, Jayaprakash Kuloor, and many junior artists and people younger than me by touching their feet. I have also asked for the blessings of my wife, who has supported me in all kinds of bad situations. Feet are not an untouchable part of one's body."
