The actor reveals his biggest inspiration on what makes him work harder via a social media post
Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan, who is receiving a lot of appreciation for his performance in the web series Breathe : Into The Shadow Season 2, takes a moment to mention how the show has managed to maintain its position as the number one web show on several charts, and also said that such appreciation inspires him to work much harder on his craft.
Abhishek's performance in the show deep-dives into the world of Avinash Sabharwal, aka J. Abhishek, a psychiatrist and patient suffering from a dissociative identity disorder. The plot revolves around him playing with blood to save his daughter Siya.
The actor posted a picture on his social media handles to celebrate the success of the show with a caption that shows how he is calling the number one position of the show for this week as 'amazing'. He wrote, "More than 15 million views and No.1 on the OTT charts for the last 2 weeks! Inspires me to work even harder."
The show also features Amit Sadh, Nithya Menen, and the newly introduced character named Victor, played by Naveen Kasturia, in pivotal roles.
The first season of the show was released on Amazon Prime Video on July 10, 2020, and since then the show has gained a pretty solid fanbase. It had Saiyami Kher, Plabita Borthakur, Hrishikesh Joshi, Shruti Bapna, Shataf Figar among others, in leading roles.
Created by Mayank Sharma, and produced by Abundantia Entertainment, the new season was released on November 9 on Amazon Prime Video and the show has only been gaining love from the audience since then.
It seems Abhishek Bachchan is gaining a new fanbase based on his OTT performances as the actor had multiple releases on several OTT platforms since 2020. Apart from the series Breathe: Into The Shadow, Abhishek Bachchan also came up with two feature films: Ludo and Dasvi, both of which released on Netflix.
His other film Bob Biswas released on ZEE5, while The Big Bull on Disney Plus Hotstar.
