The movie Brahmastra has officially debuted, and it has been a huge success among viewers. The Ayan Mukerji-directed film has gotten primarily favourable reviews and has already made close to Rs 350 crore worldwide in a little over one week. And Shah Rukh Khan's remarkable cameo in the movie, in particular, charmed the spectators who showered boundless love on the Pathan actor.

ETimes reports a video of Ranbir Kapoor discussing how they contacted the movie star and how the latter responded. The video has already gone viral on social media.

Ranbir mentioned in the video that he visited Shah Rukh's home along with Ayan and Alia Bhatt to speak about the movie. He continued by saying that they had informed him of his part in the movie and its storyline. Without hesitation, King Khan said that he is on deck and will do everything they require him to do.

After the film's release, several of his "Vanasastra" admirers demanded a spin-off since they appreciated his unique appearance in the film so much. Although Ayan said in a recent interview that they were discussing it long before the followers mentioned this. According to the filmmaker, they believed that they had to disclose the scientist's background as soon as they learned about his character.

The first part of a fantasy trilogy, Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, released theatrically on September 9. The film's producers are Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus, and Starlight Pictures. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Alia Bhatt, and Mouni Roy.

Ranbir Kapoor, on the other hand, has Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal which also stars Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. Alongside Shraddha Kapoor, Ranbir will appear in Luv Ranjan's upcoming untitled movie.
