A few days ago, the Shilpa Shetty starrer ‘Sukhee’ was released. Besides Shilpa Shetty’s presence and performance, it was Kusha Kapila whose performance was appreciated by one and all. On the professional front, things are definitely look bright for the actress. In a few days, she has her film ‘Thank You For Coming’ releasing.

A few months ago, the actress cum social media influencer had got separated from her husband Zorawar Ahluwalia. A few weeks post her divorce, there was a certain section of the social media which carried ‘reports’ about she allegedly dating Arjun Kapoor. Kusha took to social media and quashed the rumours by saying ‘There’s no point bearing the emotional burden of what people think of you'. In a recent interview with ‘Curly Tales’, she was asked as to from whom she takes relationship advices from. To which, the actress simply laughed and fumbled stating that it’s her friends (from whom she takes relationship advice). After that, when she was asked about the trolls that followed her divorce, she said ‘Karte raho… hum apna karte rahenge’ (You keep doing your work, meanwhile, we will keep doing our work). She added that, they (the trolls and herself) had a job to do.

A few days later after her separation, Kusha took to social media and wrote an emotional post. She had posted, “It's a weird thing, this grief or whatever version of it I am currently experiencing. As overcome, I am by its heaviness - I guess chest days feel like this - I am also strangely dwarfed by it, to the point of feeling like an injured nail on a pinky toe. Almost like a big bang in motion, only it's on a microscope slide”. She added, “Are we exclusive? Is this a forever thing? Will we grow to like each other or will we co-exist like cordial roommates till our rent agreement expires. No renewal for me, please.” When we checked lately, the said post had been deleted.

As for Kusha Kapila’s film ‘Thank You For Coming’, it stars Bhumi Pednekar Shehnaaz Gill, Dolly Singh, Shibani Bedi, Pradhuman Singh, Natasha Rastogi, Gautmik, Sushant Divgikar, Karan Kundrra and also Anil Kapoor in a special appearance. The film is all set to release on October 6 this year.
