The Vaccine War box office collection day 3: Vivek Agnihotri's directorial sees a rise, mints Rs 1.75 crore

The Vaccine War, which was released on Thursday, failed to impress the audience with its real-life-inspiring tale. Directed by Vivek Agnihotri, the medical drama movie saw a rise on Saturday by minting over Rs 1.75 crore on day 3 at the box office. This makes the total collection of the Nana Patekar starrer around Rs 3.50 crore in the first three days.

Box Office Collection

According to a report on Sacnilk.com, The Vaccine War opened with merely Rs 85 lakh and on the second day, it saw a little rise by minting Rs 90 lakh. Meanwhile, on day three, the Vivek Agnihotri directorial jumped a good graph and earned Rs 1.75 crore. This makes the film's total box office collection Rs. 3.50 in three days.

The Vaccine War vs. Fukrey 3

Fukrey 3, which opened with The Vaccine War, had a great rise on Saturday by minting Rs 11.67 crore. This makes the total collection of the Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, and Pankaj Tripathi with Ali Fazal starrer Rs 28.30 crore at the box office. Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and written by Vipul Vig, the comedy-drama movie impressed the audience with its comic timing and laughter-packed punches.

Bankrolled by Pallavi Joshi under the banner of I Am Buddha Production in association with Pen Marudhar Entertainment, the film marks India's first ever bio-science drama, which is inspired by the true tales of the people of the country including scientists and doctors, who successfully produced the most effective vaccine against the COVID virus. The Vaccine War also stars Pallavi Joshi and Raima Sen in pivotal roles along with Anupam Kher in a special cameo appearance.
