Nandamuri Kalyan Ram made a solid comeback in his career with his film Bimbisara. The fantasy drama showcased Kalyan Ram in a completely new avatar. So, high on this confidence, he attempted a thriller titled Amigos where he plays a triple role. The film is directed by Rajendra Reddy and will release soon. Kannada actress, Ashika Ranganath is the female lead and she met the press ahead of the film's release and revealed some interesting info about the film.

Speaking about her debut, Ashika says she always wanted to be a part of Telugu cinema and also got a few offers in these last few years. But as she had some date issue or the other, things did not fall into place. But when director Rajendra came up with the script, she found the doppelganger concept of Amigos very interesting and okayed the film right away.

Ashika plays a proper Telugu girl named Ishika in the film and her character is deeply connected with the three characters of Kalyan. The young actress says though she does not have a lengthy screen time, she did get a good scope to perform and feels everyone will surely notice her in the film. But she is quite in awe of her co-star and male lead Kalyan Ram. Though she did not have much conversation during the beginning of the shoot, Kalyan Ram helped her a lot with her performance and is one of the most grounded stars says Ashika.

Adding further, Ashika says Amigos has a unique concept and will impress everyone. The way the Telugu industry has treated her so far is superb and she would love to do more films in the future ends Ashika. On the other hand, Kalyan Ram has drawn a lot of attention with his three different looks for this film which will hit the screens on the 10th of February.

Ghibran has scored the music and one song of Balakrishna Yenno Ratrulu from the yesteryears has been remixed for Kalyan Ram and has gone viral. All this has kept the film in the news and we need to see how the film fare on the big screen. Let's wait and watch.
