Directed by George Kora, Tholvi F.C is touted to be a comedy-drama that revolves around family ties
The first track from the film Tholvi F.C, directed by George Kora, has been released. YouTuber-cum-rapper Karthik Krishnan has composed, written, and sung the song, which is called the Tholvi Song. Sharafudheen plays the lead role in the film.
The Tholvi Song reminds one of Karthik Krishnan's rap song about gender roles
The Tholvi Song is a mix of English and Malayalam words and is about finding happiness amid failures in life. Karthik is known for his rap song about gender roles, which dealt with early marriages, gender equality, and the dowry system. Unlike regular rap songs, which move at a fast pace, Karthik has used the guitar in this composition, making it sound like a cover song. It also reminds one of Sreenath Bhasi's old songs, which he sang in films like Da Thadiya.
