Anupam Kher is all set for his 525th film with The Signature. The film is set for a direct-to-OTT release in October. It is an adaptation of Vikram Gokhale's film Anumati (2013) and Kher will be seen portraying the lead role which was played by Gokhale in the Marathi film. After unveiling the gripping trailer and posters from the film, the makers have now unveiled a new poster introducing Neena Kulkarni.
Neena Kulkarni will be seen playing the role of Anupam Kher's wife Madhu in the film. Sharing the poster today, on September 29, the makers revealed a few details about her character. They called her 'A fierce protector of her husband'. Sharing the poster, the streamer wrote in the caption: "Madhu: A perfect wife, a perfect sangini! She is truly the heart and soul of Arvind. The Signature premieres 4th October on #ZEE5."

The Signature is set to release on ZEE5 on October 4, 2024. You can also watch the film on OTTplay Premium with a subscription. Apart from Anupam Kher and Neena Kulkarni, the Hindi drama also stars Mahima Chaudhary, Ranvir Shorey, Annu Kapoor, Sneha Paul, and Manoj Joshi in pivotal roles.

According to the trailer of the film, Anupam Kher's Arvind, a man of modesty faces a heartbreaking crisis when his loving wife collapses and is diagnosed with a disease just before their long-awaited international trip. After exhausting all his resources, when Arvind asks for help from his own children, he is forced to choose between a life-or-death situation for his wife.
The official synopsis of the film read: "Arvind's lifeline Madhu, falls ill and is put on life support after 35 years of marriage. Lost between hope and despair, will Arvind save Madhu or will realities take over?."
