Dheeraj Sarna's The Sabarmati Report stars Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Ridhi Dogra in the lead roles. The film is based on true events focusing on the Godhra train burning incident of 2002. PM Narendra Modi appreciated the film upon its theatrical release. The movie is set to be released on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium on January 10. Ahead of it, the makers dropped a new motion poster featuring the lead actors.

On January 8, ZEE5 shared a new motion picture of The Sabarmati Report featuring Vikrant Massey, Ridhi Dogra, and Raashii Khanna. The poster shows the intense looks of the lead actors as they are geared up to unravel one of the biggest cover-ups in the nation. The movie was based on the 2002 Sabarmati Express train burning incident.

The film was released in theaters on November 15, 2024. Praising the film, one X user wrote, "The Sabarmati Report is a powerful reminder of the cost of silence. This film speaks to the truth behind one of India’s most painful tragedies. A cinematic wake-up call."

In The Sabarmati Report, Vikrant portrayed the role of a journalist Samar Kumar. On the other hand, Ridhi Dogra was seen as Manika Rajpurohit and Raashii played the character of Amrita Gill. The film's star cast also included Barkha Singh, Sudip Ved, Digvijay Purohit, and others.

Directed by Dheeraj Sarna and produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Amul V Mohan, and Anshul Mohan under the banners of Balaji Motion Pictures and Vikir Films, The Sabarmati Report also features Sundip Ved, Sandeep Kumar, Rohit Ameriya, Al Arjun, Anjali Nadig and more.
