The Lady Killer: Bhumi Pednekar to begin filming with Arjun Kapoor, shares her busy schedule for 2022

The actor says she is living her life as she has six back-to-back releases

Badhaai Do marks the first release of Bhumi Pednekar in 2022. The social drama film, which also stars Rajkummar Rao, has been loved by the audience. Now the actress is gearing up for more releases this year. From Govinda Naam Mera to The Lady Killer, the actress has a huge list of films in her kitty right now.

Bhumi has already completed her shoot for the Akshay Kumar starrer Raksha Bandhan, which is all set to release on August 11 in theatres. Meanwhile, the actress has also wrapped up for Anubhav Sinha’s Bheed opposite her Badhaai Do co-star Rajkummar, and Shashank Khaitan’s Govinda Naam Mera which also stars Vicky Kaushal and is now all set to start the prep for The Lady Killer opposite Arjun Kapoor.

Talking about her busy schedule, the Bollywood Diva recently said in a statement that the current year is supremely hectic for her but she can’t complain as the actress has found some of the best scripts. "This year started on a good note with the success of Badhaai Do. I don’t think I have any time for breaks this year and honestly, it’s not even on my mind. I will be busy shooting six back to back films and also have three releases," she added.

Sharing her excitement, Bhumi said, "I thrive in the madness, in the rush of constantly working, so I’m having the time of my life."

Apart from the above-mentioned project, the Durgamati actress is also gearing up for a few more anticipated flicks such as Bhakshak and Afwaah.
