Ram Vamsi Krishna is directing the film, while Game Changer star Ram Charan is the presenter
Nikhil Siddhartha is a busy man after the pan-Indian success of Karthikeya 2 in 2022, attracting offers from filmmakers and banners across the country. While he was seen in Spy in 2023, he is simultaneously working on 2 films - the periodic thriller The India House and the historic saga Swayambhu. Swayambhu took off in August 2023, while The India House is yet to go on floors.
Many months after its announcement, the makers of The India House have released a video about the film today, offering a peek into its pre-production work. Sharing their New Year wishes, the team wrote, “Calmness in preparation, boldness in execution. This is Young India's revolution. Dive into the world of #TheIndiaHouse with Edition 1 of the making series.”
Imagining the world of the periodic saga, one can notice the use of artificial intelligence for a better visual understanding of the times, a handful of sketches of the looks, costumes, and backdrops across various locations. The team received over 8000 profiles during the auditions out of which 500 were shortlisted. Several action sequences are being pre-visualised prior to shoot.
The producer Abhishek Agarwal and director Ram Vamsi Krishna take a look at the pre-visualisation videos while the video showcases the team’s attention to detail. The video ends with Nikhil Siddhartha staring at a house, while the makers confirm that the shoot will be commencing soon. Game Changer star Ram Charan is turning a presenter for the film.
Abhishek Agarwal Arts and V Mega Pictures join hands for the production with Cameron Bryson cranking the camera. Vishal Abani is the production designer. Anupam Kher plays another key role in the film as well. Abhishek Agarwal Arts also produced films like Tiger Nageswara Rao, The Vaccine War, The Kashmir Files and Karthikeya 2 recently.
