Back in 2019, Raj and DK's The Family Man set the tone for an anti-terrorist squad member being the family man, while solving a tough case. With the second season, a woman joined the series and chose the wrong side. This woman was Samantha, who left a mark with her presence on the show. However, now that we are closer to The Family Man season 3, the directors promise something new. When wrapping up the show, they promise this season is their toughest shoot yet. This probably means that they have brought closure to a lot of topics left untouched on the show, but it can also be taken as them giving us a hint that Paatal Lok 2 actor Jaideep Ahlawat has indeed joined the show as the antagonist, with which all the boundaries have been pushed. All of The Family Man cast ever present at the wrap-up party for season 3
Even those who weren't a part of season 2, were seen at The Family Man season 3 wrap-up party. Apart from Manoj Bajpayee, Samantha and Sharib Hashmi, Gul Panag, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Ashlesha Thakur, Priyamani and Dalip Tahil were spotted at the bash.
The Family Man 3 wrap, what all could the story bring forth?
The Family Man season 3 is likely to take Samantha's story forward, while also introducing us to the new lead antagonist in Jaideep Ahlawat, who reprised his role as Hathi Ram Choudhary in Paatal Lok season 2. The makers also left a lot of questions open to the viewers, and the biggest mystery of them all - What exactly happened in Lonavala? - has not been solved yet. Although the makers did leave hints of the extra-marital affair being at the peak there, it is not cleared through a scene per say, thus leaving viewers confused if something did actually happen behind Srikanth Tiwari (Manoj Bajpayee)'s back. The viewers are now expecting to find an answer with season 3.
Will there be The Family Man season 4?
Raj and DK's current focus is on The Family Man season 3. There is no mention of season 4 so far, and the possibility of it happening soon seems slim. However, the makers might not have shut the door on that completely. We would get a clearer idea about it only once season 3 is out and the makers do discuss if season 4 could happen. For now, The Family Man legacy will continue with season 3. The release date for this season is yet to be confirmed (speculations are it might opt for a Diwali 2025 release), and we have not yet got an official promo video either.
