Madhuri Dixit Nene made her OTT debut with the Netflix show The Fame Game after a career of nearly 40 years. The actor has now said that she binged-watched The Queen’s Gambit another Netflix show, and loved it.

Talking to IANS and sharing how it was to reunite with Sanjay Kapoor, the actor said, "We have a lot of scenes together which are very emotional and very layered, and it was important to have that level of comfort. Moreover, we used to talk between the shots and reminisce about past things. We vibed very well together.

Madhuri Dixit also talked about what excites her about the OTT medium, saying that when it is a movie, there are just two and a half hours to tell a story, while there are over eight hours to create a world in a series, with everyone around the central characters also getting backstories.

She added that you start feeling like you know everyone and that she binge-watched The Queen's Gambit as they just draw you into their lives. She concluded that content on OTT is global with the help of dubbed versions and subtitles.
