Popular actor Madhuri Dixit, who ruled Bollywood in the '90s, is now ruling over the OTT space. Dixit made her OTT debut with Netflix's series The Fame Game and has been the talk of the town ever since. The show is trending on the platform even after a week of its release.
The makers recently dropped a BTS video, titled, 'Who is the Real Madhuri Dixit?', showing the journey of Madhuri Dixit as Anamika, a popular actress, who goes missing in the series. The Beta actor talks about the character, her favourite scenes and more in the video. It also shares glimpses of her getting all prepped up for the shoot. She says she still can't believe the life she gets to lead as an actor, even after all these years in the industry. "I feel very blessed," she said.
The actor still gets excited about every character she picks to play. "It comes with a gamut of emotions and I identify with the role as a woman as I know many go through so many difficulties in their lives," she says adding that how women try to attain perfection as she is expected of by everyone. She further says what she found fascinating about her character Anamika in the series. She says, "I empathise with her. Anamika is a popular actress and she is expected to have an ideal life, fairytale-like. But she is actually not happy and finds herself suffocated. She still puts up a brave face. That's what is fascinating about the character."

Dixit says the USP of the show is that it tells a story that anyone can identify with and can happen anywhere in the world. "It is a great family drama and thriller that you can watch with your family," said the actor.
