Janhvi Kapoor recalls the incident where her pictures were posted online without her consent.
With Dhadak in 2018, Janhvi Kapoor made her big Bollywood debut opposite Ishaan Khatter. Since then, the actress is leaving no stones unturned to prove her prowess as a performer. Janhvi is the daughter of the legendary actress Sridevi and filmmaker Boney Kapoor and hence she has always been on the spotlight even before becoming a star. Janhvi recalled in a recent interview that she first had her picture taken by the paparazzi when she was only 10 years old. She was shocked to see her pictures all over Yahoo's homepage, one of the most popular websites at the time, which was one of the most shocking things she had ever seen. When she entered the computer lab at her school, she recalled seeing paparazzi photos of herself flashing on the computers of her fellow students.
Speaking to Newslaundry, Janhvi stated that she appeared very uneasy and ungroomed, and the headlines claimed that she was about to break into the movie business. The actress claimed that rather than making her popular, the photos alienated her from her schoolmates. She also revealed that her friends made fun of her for not getting her legs waxed.
