It is The Archies season and we are exactly a day from the release of the movie on streaming giant Netflix. While the buzz around the film has been intense and the anticipation is at its peak, the promotional strategy must be appreciated for creating buzz, with the movie reaching a very wide audience and also peaking their anticipation. Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda, who play Veronica and Archies, respectively, are now going to grace Kaun Banega Crorepati and have pretty interesting things to request and share.
As per the latest report, two leads from The Archies gang of seven, Suhana and Agastya will be promoting the Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti directorial in Nanda’s grandfather Amitabh Bachchan’s widely popular quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati. The episode will surely have family and home written all over it and it seems like even the conversations that happened there were warm and fun.
A Hindustan Times report now talks about the episode and details what happened when Amitabh Bachchan sat down to play and talk to these two artists he had seen grow up in front of his eyes. Bachchan took the moment to ask Suhana what discussions she had with her family when they got to know that she would be gracing Kaun Banega Crorepati and also inquired what father Shah Rukh Khan told her about him. Replying to this, Suhana Khan has a request to make. “I just want to remind you that you have played his father's role in many films, so please ask me easy questions,” she said.
In the course of the episode, Amitabh Bachchan also recalled one incident about Agastya Nanda when he was small. He recalled how Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda had to fly overseas for some work and Agastya was being left with his maternal grandparents. Big B recalled how Agastya didn’t even want to come home from the airport and wanted to go back to Delhi. Even after somehow they brought him home, he came out with his luggage after some time and said he was going to Delhi. They had to call back his parents from their trip.
