During such an errand to Mumbai, Kannan goes missing. This sets off an investigation into what happened and how it led to his predicament.

Aparna Balamurali plays Kannan’s wife in the film, which also has Vineeth Thatthil David and Kalaiyarasan in pivotal roles along with a host of debutants.
The film, which starts off as a crime drama and establishes the relationships between its key characters, soon takes the form of a procedural as the cops travel from Mumbai to Thrissur and Tamil Nadu and back, to find out what happened to Kannan.
