Thank You, Goodnight, the Bon Jovi docuseries finally gets a release date on THIS platform

Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story will be released on OTT this summer. The docuseries chronicles the journey of the band from its early days to recent years, with a lot of unseen footage.

Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story is ready to hit OTT this April and dropped a full-length trailer yesterday. The docuseries will showcase the rise of “a bunch of kids from New Jersey” as they trailblaze their way through the world, from recording music on borrowed time from studios, peaking in the '80s, to creating their best song, Livin’ on a Prayer. Thank You, Goodnight will also show the recent years, including Bon Jovi’s vocal injury.

Directed by the Emmy-winning Gotham Chopra, the documentary four-part show will feature all the original members of the band, including estranged founder and guitarist Richie Sambora. The show will stream on Hulu on April 26, 2024, and Indian viewers can enjoy the docuseries on Disney+ Hotstar on the same day. The documentary will also feature never-seen-before photos and footage, along with never-to-be-released demo songs and lyrics.

What is Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story all about?

Comprising narration from all the band members: estranged guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres and, of course, Jon Bon Jovi himself. Only Alec John Such, the original bassist, is missing, as he passed away in 2022. The band credited with bridging the gap between heavy metal and stylish rock and pop music has finally decided to go on record.
