Tollywood actor, Naga Chaitanya is high on the success of his debut OTT series Dhootha. With high confidence, he launched his new film Thandel in the direction of Chandoo Mondeti of Karthikeya fame. Sai Pallavi plays the female lead in this film which was launched today in Hyderabad.

Speaking about Thandel, Sai Pallavi says that she loved the vision of the director Chandoo Mondeti and that is the reason she said yes to the film. Sai Pallavi also requested everyone to support this film as it is a prestigious script and is being made on a massive note.

Sai Pallavi took a very long time to say yes to the film but the fans are super thrilled that she has signed a Telugu film after a long time. This is the season time that Sai Pallavi has teamed up with Chay Akkineni after their hit film Love Story.

Sai Pallavi will be seen as a village belle in this film which is being produced by GA 2 Pictures. National Award winner for Pushpa, Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music for this film which is being produced by Bunny Vas.

The shooting of this untitled film will start on December 9, 2023. Most of the film will be shot on the beaches of Vizag and its surrounding areas. The action drama will be made on a budget of Rs 55 crores which is the highest ever in Chay's career. Watch this space for more updates.
