Directed by Anand Ravichandran, the upcoming film DeAr is a family drama, starring GV Prakash Kumar and Aishwarya Rajesh
Director Anand Ravichandran’s upcoming film DeAr, starring G V Prakash Kumar and Aishwarya Rajesh, is all set to grace the big screens. The makers of the film have now dropped the new single from the film and it's indeed a peppy number! Titled Thalavali (meaning headache in Tamil) the song has G V Prakash ranting about being exhausted about Aishwarya Rajesh’s character. The humorous lyrics include him calling her a headache for not giving him any sort of peace in life. The fun song on marital woes is composed and sung by G V Prakash Kumar, while the lyrics has been penned by Vinnulaga Kavi.
The comedy drama, directed by Anand Ravichandran of Sethum Aayiram Pon fame, revolves around an incompatible married couple. According to the director, the story’s theme was inspired by a real-life event that had happened in his family. “The movie deals with a particular conflict that has occurred in my house as well, and the film tells how this family deals with it. It is a married couple’s story and starts off with the wedding and sheds light on what it takes to have a long-lasting marriage”, the director revealed.
Although the plot of the film has not been fully revealed, many sources claim that the G V Prakash Kumar-starrer deals with a husband who finds his wife’s snoring intolerable. Now, a similar story has been made recently –Manikandan-starrer Good Night (2023). Although the makers of DeAR have not revealed much about the film’s plot, we assume that the movie might take another approach in narrating this fun storyline.
Besides the lead cast, DeAr also stars Thalaivasal Vijay, Rohini, Kaali Venkat, Nandini Ilavarasu, and Geeta Kailasam in pivotal roles.
