Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is teaming up with Vijay for the second time after Master, called the experience a special one
Thalapathy Vijay has wrapped the shoot for his next, Leo. The film's director Lokesh Kanagaraj today dropped a brand new picture in which both of them are dressed in black attire and are seen pulling what looks like a metal bracelet. Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is teaming up with Vijay for the second time after Master, called the experience a special one. He captioned the picture, "And it's a wrap for our @actorvijay portion! Thank you for making the second outing yet again a special one na! #Leo (sic)."
Fans are now comparing the picture with the one Lokesh dropped when he announced his second project. In the picture, they both had one metal bracelet each and were seen clinking the same.
The last portions of Vijay were shot in Andhra Pradesh and Vijay was swarmed by his fans on the set. The script for the film, has been co-written by Lokesh Kanagaraj along with Deeraj Vaidy and Rathna Kumar. Leo brings together Trisha and Vijay after a span of 14 long years and the news has already piqued the curiosity among fans.
Leo has an ensemble star cast which includes Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy Master, Babu Antony, Manobala, George Maryan, Kathir, to name a few.

The film has music by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa and editing by Philomin Raj. Manoj had brought a RED V-raptor XL camera for the film, which is said to be a rarity in Tamil cinema. The entire filming is expected to be wrapped by the end of this month after which the team will move on to post production.
Leo is bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio and The Route and is touted to be one of the most hyped projects in the Tamil film industry.
