Child actor-turned-lead Teja Sajja, who made his debut with Chiranjeevi's Choodalani Vundhi, is picking his projects smartly. While he impressed audiences in a crucial supporting role in Samantha's Oh Baby, he turned a lead actor with Prasanth Varma's zombie-comedy Zombie Reddy. Later, he dabbled with Ishq, the Telugu remake of the Malayalam hit by the same name and reunited with his Zombie Reddy director again for his superhero film Hanu-Man.

Hanu-Man is a superhero tale, inspired by Hanuman, the mythological character from Ramayana, which has Teja Sajja paired alongside Amritha Aiyer. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar plays a crucial role too. The film, shot over 100 days, has wrapped its shoot recently and commenced its post-production formalities. Teja Sajja has also begun dubbing for Hanu-Man, an update revealed by the team confirmed.
