Ted series trailer
Peacock’s original series Ted launched its first trailer minutes ago and the comment section is swamped with immediate reactions. In the limited series, we get a glimpse of the '90s high-school life of John Bennett and his best friend Ted the Bear. With witty dialogues and fascinating visuals, it would be a treat for the fans to witness the high school drama and challenges.
It's 1993, and Ted the Bear’s (Seth MacFarlane) moment of fame has passed. Ted is back home in Framingham, Massachusetts, and living with his best friend John and family. In the clip, we see John (Max Burkholder) and Ted (voiced by MacFarlane) negotiating about attending school together with other family members, and the notorious Ted is finally sent to the high school "to grow a brain!"
We also witness the duo making a grand entry together and dreaming of doing their "firsts" like getting high and losing their virginity in the absurd-comedy prequel.
When and where to watch
The Ted series will premiere on the Peacock streaming platform on January 11, 2024. The limited series will be concluding in 7 seven episodes.
The multi-talented MacFarlane apart from voicing the titular character, also serves as the writer, executive producer, co-showrunner, and director of the Ted series. Alongside him are Brad Walsh and Paul Corrigan collaborating on the project as executive producers, writers, and co-showrunners.
The cast includes Max Burkholder playing John, Giorgia Whigham, Alanna Ubach, and Scott Grimes in supporting roles.
