Team Devara takes a break for holidays, here's when the Jr NTR starrer will resume its shoot

Devara is Jr NTR's latest film that is being directed by stylish filmmaker Koratala Siva on a massive scale. The shooting of the film was going on at a brisk pace and now the entire unit has taken a break after a gruelling schedule in Hyderabad.

We at OTTplay have already reported that the shooting of the film was supposed to wrap up in the first week of January 2024. Well, things have changed now, as we have exclusively come to know that the makers have taken a break for three weeks for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

As per our sources, the filming will begin only in the second week of January 2024, after the Sankranthi festival. Devara is all set to release on April 5, 2024, and will be out in two parts. As the subject matter is huge, the makers decided to release the film in two parts.

Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead in this film, which also has Saif Ali Khan as the main villain. Anirudh is composing the music for this film and he has already readied four tunes, as per the news.

As per buzz, Jr NTR will be seen in a dual role and there is talk that he will be seen playing a father and son in this film. Devara is about the forgotten ocean lands in the state of AP and will have a massive ocean backdrop. Watch this space for more updates.
