After the first successful season, the makers of Tanaav are back with Season 2. Kabir Farooqui (Manav Vij) is back with the Special Task Force in Tanaav 2 and this time it's personal. After much anticipation, the makers have now unveiled the trailer of the show where Kabir and his team face new threats so they can save the common men of Kashmir.
Kabir and the Special Task Group (STG) face a new threat in Season 2 when Al-Damishq, a vengeful young man arrives in Kashmir. The trailer starts with a disturbing video after a blast where news channels are heard revealing that 4 army men and 8 common men have died and then it is revealed that Al-Damishq has entered Kashmir.
Al Damishq is a man who recently returned from Syria after receiving training from ISIS.
Will the STG be able to save the common people of Kashmir and kill Al-Damishq? We will get the answers when the show releases on 6th September on SonyLIV.

Releasing the trailer on their Instagram account, the makers wrote in the caption: "This time, revenge will be personal! Witness the action-packed second season of Tanaav, streaming on 6th September on Sony LIV. Kabir will face his most formidable foe - Al Damishq. Will he be able to save Kashmir and avenge his friends and family? Tanaav Season 2 is directed by the award-winning Sudhir Mishra and E. Niwas."

The show is based on ‘Fauda’ and is helmed by Sudhir Mishra and E Niwas. Besides Manav Vij, the cast also includes Gaurav Arora, Arbaaz Khan, Satydadeep Misra, Rajat Kapoor, Sukhmani Sadana, Sahiba Bali, Arsalan Goni, Amit Gaur, Ekta Kaul, and Waluscha De Sousa. It will be available for streaming in multiple languages including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Bengali.
