Manav Vij and Ekta Kaul in Tanaav Season 2

Tanaav Season 2 is set against the backdrop of Kashmir and is an adaptation of the Israeli series Fauda, the show stars Manav Vij, Arbaaz Khan Ekta Kaul, and others in key roles. Today, September 17, the makers of the show shared an enthralling new promo featuring Manav and Ekta.

Taking to their Instagram handle, SonyLIV shared a new promo for Tanaav Season 2. In the clip, we can see Manav Vij aka Kabir having a hard time in his relationship with Ekta Kaul's Farah. Kabir can be heard saying if Farah helps her, she will get the freedom.

Sharing the clip, they captioned it, "In the world of Tanaav, love is never simple. Tanaav season 2, streaming now on Sony LIV!"

Season 2 showcases the struggles of bravery against terrorism. It revolves around Kabir (Manav Vij) and the Special Task Group who return to action to fight with terrorists just like Season 1.

Apart from Manav Vij and Arbaaz Khan in the lead roles, the show also stars actors like Gaurav Arora, Ekta Kaul, Satyadeep Mishra, Arslan Goni, Soni Razdan, Sahiba Bali, and Danish Husain, among others. Directed by Sudhir Mishra and E. Niwas, Tanaav Season 2 is backed by Applause Entertainment.

Gitika Ganju Dhar on Tanaav 2's mixed reviews

In an interview with News18 Showsha, Gitika Ganju said that the reviews for any piece of art better be mixed otherwise someone is lacing them!

"From comments like – Riveting drama with thrilling moments, a gripping political revenge saga to calling it edgy and an intense socio-political drama, I am reading positive opinions. I think it has a very real feel in terms of its filming," she said.
