Arvind Shekar, a Chennai-based fitness model and the husband of popular TV actress Shruthi Shanmuga, has passed. According to reports, the cause of his death is said to be cardiac arrest.
Arvind Shekar, in his early 30s, met an unfortunate end on Wednesday when he reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest and was rushed to a hospital. Despite swift medical attention, he could not be saved. Arvind's passing has raised concerns about cardiovascular incidents affecting even those who are dedicated to fitness.

Arvind tried the knot with Shruthi Shanmuga last year. Shruthi is known for her roles in popular soap operas Bharathi Kannamma, Nadaswaram, Vani Rani, Kalyana Parisu and Ponnoonjal. And the couple were also active on their social media pages, regularly posting reels and funny videos.
Arvind Shekar's untimely death has shock wave across the country, especially, considering his healthy lifestyle. Arvind was the winner of Mr Tamil Nadu 2022 and he was also a fitness coach.
Arvind's death is the latest in the growing list of young celebrities who died of cardiovascular incidents, despite their dedication to fitness. The whole country was shocked when Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar died of cardiac arrest at the age of 48 in 2021. He was a great advocate of fitness and inspired his fans and followers to take fitness seriously. Earlier popular Bollywood actor Sidharth Shukla, singer KK, a.k.a. Krishnakumar Kunnath, and young actor Chiranjeevi Sarja were among those who passed away due to heart-related incidents at a very young age.
