Things changed after their milk was spoiled despite being in the fridge, and the obvious was confirmed by Bagha – that the fridge is no longer in working condition. While Bagha was the one to ask Bhide to throw away the fridge, an opportunity to earn extra cash comes their way. Bagha confirms with Bhide that his fridge is beyond repair

Bhide calls Bagha for his fridge repair. However, Bagha notices that there is nothing left to repair. He states so out loud with his lover Bawri by his side.

Bhide asks Bagha to check once, but when Bagha tries to, the door itself almost slips out. Bagha tries but asks Bhide to let the innocent fridge be since all the spare parts are no longer in working condition. With that, Bagha asks Bhide to buy a new fridge, and throw the current one out. Madhavi silently agrees to it all.

Jethalal gets a customer who demands a fridge of just one company. The fridge is the one Bhide has been using since years and is no longer in the working condition. The secretary can earn Rs. 30 thousand for selling his fridge.
