While Jethalal intends to get a suggestion from Babita, he mispronounces the word. Babita seems clueless about what Jethalal needs. Later, Iyer interrupts the conversation and asks Jethalal to repeat what he said.

To this, Jethalal tells Iyer that he won't understand the same. When Iyer asks why, Jethalal says, "Vo meri angrezi mein hain." For the uninitiated, Iyer often pokes fun at Jethalal mispronouncing English words in the show.

In an interview with Indian Express, Joshi said, "I am an actor and I try to do justice to the script that’s given to me. All of us toil hard every day. By God’s grace, neither I nor anyone on the team has taken success to our head. We still go on set each day to work hard and entertain our fans."
