Taapsee Pannu begins shoot for debut production Blurr with Gulshan Devaiah

Taapsee Pannu has named her home banner Outsiders Films.

Taapsee Pannu has finally begun shooting for her debut film as a producer titled Blurr. The film is co-written and directed by Amit Bahl and the makers have roped in Gulshan Devaiah to play the male lead. Now, Taapsee took to her Instagram page and shared a photo of reading the script of Blurr on the sets before kickstarting the shoot. She is seen in a natural and messy look while looking engrossed in the photo.

Taapsee wrote, "Shubh Aarambh! Let’s do this Gayatri! #Blurr #Day1 #HappyBeginning #Bvlgari #BvlgariWatches #Serpenti."

Gulshan also shared a selfie posing with Taapsee on the sets and penned a quirky caption stating, "'Mr & Mrs Blurr' @taapsee.

Meanwhile, talking about her home production, Taapsee had earlier said in a statement, "The audience and the industry have given me a lot of support and love over the 11 years of my career. With Outsiders Films, I aim to give back to the industry and empower talent who are looking for a breakthrough and come with no background like me."

Apart from Blurr, Taapsee has several films in her kitty for which she has been shooting back-to-back. The actor will next be seen in Looop Lapeta which is the Hindi remake of the hit German film Run Lola Run. In the film, directed by Aakash Bhatia, the actor stars opposite Tahir Raj Bhasin. Looop Lapeta is slated to release on October 22, 2021.

Taapsee also has Akarsh Khurana's Rashmi Rocket in which she plays the role of an athlete. The sports drama also features Priyanshu Painyuli and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles.

The actor also completed the shoot of Anurag Kashyap's film Dobaaraa which is a thriller flick. The film is co-produced by Ekta Kapoor's home banner.

Whereas, Taapsee also stars in Shabaash Mithu which is based on cricket star Mithali Raj.
