After having a heart attack, Sushmita Sen did an Instagram live session where she talked about her health.
On her Instagram Live on Saturday, Sushmita Sen said that she had a serious heart attack but had survived. She also said that a 95 percent blockage had been discovered in her main artery.
The former Miss Universe made her angioplasty procedure public on Thursday. Sushmita took to social media on Saturday to thank her admirers all across the world and the team of physicians who leased a new life for her.
The Aarya actor claimed that going to the gym and living a healthy lifestyle saved her life. She remarked during the live that she is aware that many will stop attending the gym after hearing that it does not benefit them. But it's not a good thing. It was beneficial to her and helped her survive a serious heart attack. It was large and had a primary artery that was 95% blocked. Sushmita was able to survive because she continued to lead an active life. The actor is extremely fortunate to be on the other side. It doesn't make her afraid; instead, she feels like there's something to look forward to.
Sushmita continued by saying that when one gets a new lease on life, they respect it, they are cautious, and that's when they learn to exercise and build their will even more.
The actor also advised young people in their 20s to regularly check their hearts. Despite not fully overcoming her sore throat, Sushmita claimed she was doing just fine. The Biwi No. 1 actor is excited to return to the set. She stated that after her doctors give her the all-clear, she will be heading to Jaipur to finalise Aarya and work on the dubbing for Taali.
While announcing that she suffered a heart attack, Sushmita quoted her dad on Instagram, stating, to keep your heart happy and courageous, and it'll stand by you when you need it the most, Shona. She added that she had a heart attack, and her physician has confirmed that she does have a big heart. Most critically, an angioplasty and stent have been performed. There are many people to appreciate for their timely assistance and helpful behaviour, which she shared via her Instagram live.
The actor shared the post with the intention of informing her loved ones and well-wishers of the wonderful news that everything is fine and that she is ready to resume her normal life.
