Besides Suriya and Bobby Deol, Kanguva's star-studded cast includes Disha Patani, Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu and Yogi Babu.
Tamil superstar Suriya has given fans a sneak peek into his modern avatar from the upcoming movie Kanguva. Departing from the ancient warlord look that had intrigued audiences earlier, the actor now appears ultra-modern and hip in a recently released still.
Expressing his excitement for the new look, Suriya conveyed his gratitude to celebrity photographer Avinash Gowariker. The photo, shared by the movie's producer Studio Green, was described as "Capturing the essence of our Kanguva."
The filming of Kanguva has been a relentless effort since last year. Anticipation is building as the project is slated for a summer release.

Kanguva is undeniably the most ambitious venture in Suriya's career, boasting a budget three times larger than his previous box office hits. The producers have spared no expense, amid the surging popularity of South Indian movies in Hindi-speaking states.
The producers have also roped in Bollywood star Bobby Deol to play the main antagonist Udhiran. A few days ago, the filmmakers unveiled the character look of Deol revealing a menacing avatar.
Deol's presence in the film is expected to strike a chord with the audiences in the Hindi heartlands. The decision to bring Deol on board aligns with the producers' strategic vision to elevate Kanguva's appeal beyond regional boundaries. Riding high on Deol's popularity surge, the film aims to captivate audiences across India.
Kanguva is expected to set a new box office benchmark for Tamil cinema across India. Earlier, producer KE Gnanavel dubbed Kanguva as Tamil cinema's response to pan-India blockbusters like KGF, RRR, and Baahubali.
