Suriya to share screen with Keerthy Suresh again in his upcoming project

Suriya to share screen with Keerthy Suresh again in his upcoming project

According to the latest reports in Kollywood, actor Suriya will reunite with Keerthy Suresh for his next project directed by Bala. This would be Suriya’s third movie with the director.

Suriya and Keerthy were last seen in the 2018 action-comedy Thaanaa Serndha Koottam. The comedy, directed by Vignesh Shivan, is the remake of the 2013 Bollywood blockbuster Special 26 starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role. The movie was a hit and critics appreciated the comedy timing and chemistry between Suriya and Keerthy Suresh.

Suriya was last seen in the Netflix production Navarasa. He was seen in the Gautham Vasudev Menon directorial Guitar Kambi Mele Nindru featuring the emotion Shringaara (romance). He was paired with Prayaga Martin and played a young, aspiring musician who falls for another singer. GKMN became known because it marks Suriya’s second outing with Gautham Vasudev Menon after the masterpiece Vaaranam Aayiram. The actor is currently engaged with the shootings of Etharkum Thuninthavan and Jai Bhim.

Meanwhile, Keerthy Suresh was last seen in the Netflix release Miss India in which she played a struggling entrepreneur. She will be seen in Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham, Annaatthe and Mahesh Babu-starrer Sarkaru Vaari Paata.

Bala will be directing Suriya for the third time in this flick with Keethy Suresh, after Nandha and Pitamagan. Suriya won the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards for the Best Actor for his performance in Nandha a young man who had to kill his father under dire circumstances. Bala’s last venture was with Dhruv Vikram for Varmaa, the remake of the Telugu cult hit Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Devarakonda.
