Simran and Sameera Reddy played female leads in this film which also won a National Award. Suriya Son Krishnan is a coming-of-age drama that also had blockbuster music by Harris Jayraj. All the songs from the film are cult hits and have a massive craze after all these years.
Well, the re-release has once again proved that if Suriya comes with a proper content-based film, there will be no stopping him. He will next be seen in a film titled Kanguva.
