The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Janaki v/s State of Kerala (J.S.K), released its first poster today (June 6). It shows Suresh Gopi taking on a lawyer’s role for this project, which is expected to be a courtroom drama. The poster also features the film’s tagline, ‘Truth shall always prevail’, along with a dialogue of the lead character- “I know what I am doing and will continue doing the same!”. Anupama Parameswaran is also playing a prominent role in this film.
The poster was unveiled two days after Suresh Gopi, the actor-turned-politician, made headlines by winning the 2024 Lok Sabha election successfully in Thrissur. In the upcoming days, more information regarding the movie and its theatrical release date should be anticipated.

Madhav Suresh, Shruti Ramachandan, Askar Ali, Baiju Santhosh, Yadu Krishnan, Rajat Menon, Abhishek Ravindran, Divya Pillai, Kottayam Ramesh, Jayanchertala, Nisthar Seth, Shobi Thilakan, Dilip Menon, Vaishnavi Raj, Aparna, Ratheesh Krishnan, Jai Vishnu, Shafir Khan, Jose Chengannur, and Manjushree are among the supporting cast of the movie. Pravin Narayanan is the director of J.S.K, which is bankrolled by J Phanindra Kumar and Raafi Mathirra. He has also written the screenplay for it.

Suresh Gopi’s upcoming projects
Suresh Gopi has become one of the few Malayalam actors to have achieved success in politics. In the meantime, the actor made it plain in an interview with Asianet News that he is staying in the movie business and will fulfil all of his obligations by the deadline in addition to his other social responsibilities. He went on to say that he is a lead actor in Mammootty Kampany's upcoming project. It will also star Mammootty, Fahadh Faasil, and Kunchacko Boban.
Varaham, another project, will soon be released on the big screen. Expectations are further raised by the fact that Suresh Gopi is playing a part in this mystery thriller that he has never portrayed in his career.
