The shooting of Suresh Gopi’s upcoming film will begin in Ernakulam on December 20. The makers will also reveal the title of the film soon. The film, which is Suresh Gopi’s 257th project, will also feature Suraj Venjaramoodu and Gautham Vasudev Menon in lead roles. The shoot will progress in Ernakulam, Kollengode in Palakkad, and Idukki soon.
The film is directed by Sanal V Devan. “Suresh Gopi will not be playing a cop in this thriller. Additionally, the identity of the female lead in this film has not been disclosed yet,” said Sanal in a conversation with OTTPlay.
Kunjamminis Hospital, starring Indrajith Sukumaran, Nyla Usha, Prakash Raj, Baburaj, Sarayu Mohan, and Mallika Sukumaran, was Sanal’s previous work. The horror comedy drama, which had a theatrical release on August 11. Sanal has worked as the chief associate director for Kaaval and Ullasam. He has also been the assistant director of Ranjith Shankar’s Molly Aunty Rocks, Punyalan Agarbattis and Varsham, and Jeethu Joseph’s Life of Josutty.

Vineet Jain and Sanjay Padiyoor are producing the movie under the banner of Maverick Movies Private Limited and Sanjay Padiyoor Entertainments. Sanjay has been working in the film industry as a production controller for over 30 years. Rajasingh and Krishnakumar are the executive producers.
Speaking to the media, Sanjay expressed his gratitude to everyone who has helped him so far. “I consider myself fortunate to produce my close acquaintance Suresh Chettan’s film,” he said.
The pooja of the new film was organised at Edappally Sri Anchumana Devi Temple on December 15. Sesham Mikeil Fathima’s director, Manu C Kumar, has written the screenplay for this thriller, while Ajay David Kachappilly will helm the camera work. Rahul Raj has composed the music for the film.
According to the makers, the movie is expected to be a Vishu release.

Suresh Gopi’s upcoming films
Suresh Gopi is playing a lead role in director Jayaraj’s Oru Perumkaliyattam, along with Anaswara Rajan and Shine Tom Chacko. Jayaraj and Suresh Gopi are collaborating on a film together after 26 years since the release of Kaliyattam.
The actor recently played a cop in debutant Arun Varma’s Garudan, which is streaming on Amazon Prime.
