Prithviraj Sukumaran's wife, Supriya Menon, said that she would soon be calling the actor to find out more information about the sequel, Shourayanga Parvam.

Prithviraj Sukumaran's wife, Supriya Menon, said that she was both excited and curious about Salaar: Part 2. She was speaking to media persons after watching the film on the first day. She went on to say that she would soon be calling the actor to find out more information about the sequel.
“We are in Prashanth's world, and he has infused it with his distinct style and music. I loved both Prabhas and Prithviraj in it, however, the latter more,” said Supriya.
She also praised the filmmakers for including strong female characters in this drama-action movie. "Sriya Reddy and Easwari Rao gave outstanding performances. In Part 2, Sruthi will have more screen time, she said.
Regarding the movie's release with Mohanlal's Neru and Shah Rukh Khan's Dunki, Supriya stated, "Every film has its place. People make the decision about what to watch.”
The former journalist, who is now a film producer, expressed gratitude for Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire on social media. “What an absolute joy it was to watch Salaar! Stellar performances all around and amazing music, art direction and cinematography to boot! Take a bow Prashanth Neel Sir, it is your world and we are just living in it! And @actorprabhas garu, what a wow!! Please I kindly request go watch the film in theatres near you!,” she wrote.
Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire, starring Prabhas, Prithivraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, and Tinnu Anand, is directed by KGF-fame Prashanth Neel. The movie, which came out on December 22, centres on two friends named Deva and Vardha, who eventually turn into fierce adversaries. It is set in a fictional city named Khansaar. Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire will be streaming on Netflix after its theatrical run.

The title of Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire’s sequel, Shourayanga Parvam, has also been disclosed in the climax of the movie. Although the sequel has not yet begun production, its creators have revealed that the script has been finalised.
